The SI-TEX Temperature Probe is a bronze thru-hull sensor for the SST-110, with 30 feet of cable and a 5 pin plug.

Bronze is the correct material for a thru-hull fitting on a fiberglass or wooden hull, and it must not be used on an aluminum hull where galvanic corrosion would attack the hull rather than the fitting. That is a real restriction rather than a preference, and hull material should be confirmed before ordering any bronze thru-hull.
