Description

The Shakespeare QuickConnect 4-Foot VHF Antenna, 3dB gain, brings the screw-on convenience originally developed for Shakespeare's premium Phase III line down into a more affordable size and price point, without giving up that ease of connecting and disconnecting.

Rather than a permanent crimped or soldered connection, this antenna simply screws onto a matching QuickConnect mount, useful for lowering the antenna for bridge clearance or pulling it entirely for storage without touching any wiring. A splash protection cap keeps the mount's exposed connector dry whenever the antenna is off, and the Centerpin PL-259 connector makes any future cable work a straightforward crimp job.

5 MHz bandwidth within 2.0:1 VSWR, 50W maximum input power, no built-in DC ground. Requires a QuickConnect-compatible mount (sold separately).
