This is the fixed-color version rather than the full color-changing model, and the choice is made at purchase between Bimini Blue and Great White. Fixed color costs less and there is nothing to control, which suits a boat where the light is switched on and left rather than adjusted. Blue suits clear water, white suits stained water and doubles as a working light.

The 4 inch diameter and low-profile surface mount fit positions a larger fixture cannot, with no alteration to the hull required. Everything is integrated into the housing, built to resist vibration and marine elements through continuous submersion in sea water.

A wide 10 to 30 volt input runs it on 12 or 24 volt systems without a different model, and the LEDs are rated beyond 40,000 hours.
