Description

The Shadow-Caster SC2 is a 2.99 inch bronze underwater light with full-color RGBW output, producing 3,000 lumens at 24W, rated IP68.

At 2.99 inches the SC2 is smaller again than the SC3, and it is the fixture for a transom or hull section where even the SC3 will not sit flat. Getting 3,000 lumens out of a footprint under three inches is what makes it worth the cost over a larger, cheaper light that has nowhere to go.

RGBW means a dedicated white emitter alongside red, green and blue rather than white mixed from the three, which produces a true white instead of a pale approximation. Variable brightness and a wide range of control options come with it, from a simple switch through to full lighting effects.

The clear gel-filled construction runs through the entire unit, so there is no internal void where condensation can form or water can collect under pressure. A tempered glass lens with the bronze housing resists acetone and solvents, and surge, reverse polarity and thermal protection are all built in. Explore more underwater lights.

  • 2.99 inches, smaller again than the SC3
  • For a hull section where even the SC3 will not sit
  • True RGBW with a dedicated white emitter
