The Schrade Bitterroot has a black injection molded belt sheath with a sharpener built in, and a 4-inch Teflon coated AUS-10A drop point in a black G10 handle, 8.5 inches overall.

A built-in sharpener matters most on a hunt, where a blade dulls through hide and hair faster than anywhere else and a proper stone usually stays at camp. AUS-10A is a Japanese stainless with more carbon than the common AUS-8, holding an edge noticeably longer while still sharpening back without difficulty.
