Description

The Samlex PST 600W 24V is a pure sine wave inverter with a NEMA 5-20R GFCI duplex outlet and 1000W surge capability.

Twenty-four volt input is the difference from the 12V PST 600W, and it halves the DC current for the same AC output. At 600 watts that means roughly 25 amps rather than 50, so the battery cable and fusing are smaller and voltage drop over a given run is lower.

Commercial-grade construction is built for long operating hours rather than occasional use. That distinction shows in the components rather than the specification sheet, and it is what separates an inverter that runs continuously from one that works well for a weekend.

A front-panel NEMA 5-20R GFCI duplex outlet gives protected AC connections, and low idle draw preserves battery capacity when energized. The temperature-controlled fan reduces operation under light load, and the Universal Protection Circuit covers low voltage, over-voltage, over-temperature, overload and short circuits. Explore more power inverters.

  • 24V input, half the DC current of the 12V model
  • Smaller cable and fusing, less voltage drop
  • Commercial grade for long operating hours
  • GFCI duplex outlet with 1000W surge
