This Samlex SDC-15 (12A Non-Isolated Step-Down Converter) converts an input voltage of 24 VDC nominal to a highly regulated output voltage of 12 VDC nominal (13.8 VDC) at 12 amps. It is designed for boaters who want a high efficiency switch-mode design meant for use in negative ground systems.

This converter has no galvanic isolation between input and output, mounting in almost any location thanks to its compact, lightweight design.
