The REMETTE Peregrine Falcon has a 3.13-inch Bohler M390 stainless tanto blade with a pearlescent surface effect, a flame anodized titanium handle, an extended tang, a thumb pull, a lanyard hole and a pocket clip, closing to 4.38 inches on a button lock.

Flame anodizing runs current through titanium in a bath, growing an oxide layer whose thickness decides the color. Nothing is added to the metal, so the blues, purples and golds cannot chip or wear off the way a coating does. The pearlescent blade finish works on the same principle, refracting light into shifting color rather than sitting on the steel as pigment.

M390 is a Bohler powder steel and one of the highest performing stainless alloys in production knives, holding an edge far longer than common steels. The trade is that it wants diamond abrasives when it finally dulls. A button lock puts a spring-loaded plunger through the tang, so the knife opens and closes one-handed.
