Pro-Shot 12 in .22+ One-Piece Cleaning Rod

The Pro-Shot 12 in One-Piece Cleaning Rod is a stainless steel pistol rod for .22 caliber and larger bores. The 12 inches is working length, measured without the handle. Being one piece, it has no joints to loosen or catch on the way through the barrel.

Pro-Shot burnishes and micro-polishes its rods to a dense, mirror-smooth finish. A rough rod can pick up grit and drag it down the bore, and this surface doesn't hold onto it. The handle lets the rod spin as you push, so a bore brush follows the twist of the rifling along the full length of the barrel.

The tip uses standard 8-32 threads, so jags, brushes and patch holders screw straight on without an adapter. A brass patch holder comes with the rod. It ships in a clear plastic tube that doubles as a storage case, which keeps the polished finish from getting nicked in a drawer. Browse more gun cleaning and maintenance.
