Otis 36 in Brass .22+ One-Piece Gun Cleaning Rod

The Otis 36 inch One-Piece Cleaning Rod is a brass rod for .22 and larger caliber firearms. Its tip uses standard 8-32 threads for Otis brushes, mops and jags. One piece means no joints to loosen in the bore.

Brass is softer than barrel steel, so it won't damage the bore. The full-size dual-action handle can swivel so the brush follows the rifling, or lock in place for chamber and smoothbore work. A hanging hole stores the rod vertically and keeps it straight.

A ball-bearing handle lets the rod turn naturally with the rifling instead of fighting it. The 36 inch length reaches through rifle barrels. Use the caliber or gauge marking on the kit as the compatibility check before putting any bore tool into the firearm. Browse more gun cleaning and maintenance.
