The Powerwinch Power and Switch Kit contains a rotary switch, a socket, two lock nuts and two screws, for the 712 and 912 trailer winches.

A rotary switch rather than a rocker is what the 712 and 912 use, and it controls direction as well as power, so a failed switch stops the winch entirely rather than just one direction. The socket is included alongside it, which is the part that corrodes on a trailer exposed to road salt and ramp water.
