The Pacer Black 4 AWG Battery Cable is a 100-foot spool of Type III finely stranded tinned copper, made in the USA.

A hundred feet is the smaller of the two 4 AWG quantities, against the 250-foot spool for a builder or a full refit. Four gauge is used often enough on a boat that a hundred feet gets consumed, but not so often that a larger spool makes sense for a single vessel.

Black 4 AWG serves the traditional-convention negative for battery leads, charging systems, inverter connections and DC distribution. Yellow is stocked in the same gauge and length for boats following ABYC, so the decision follows the existing wiring rather than the product.

Fine-strand construction bends through confined compartments and around sharp turns where stiffer cable would fight the run. Durable PVC insulation protects the conductor in harsh onboard conditions, and the cable is manufactured in the USA. Explore more battery cable.
