The Pacer Black 4 AWG Battery Cable is a 250-foot spool of Type III finely stranded tinned copper, made in the USA.

Fine-strand construction makes the cable easier to strip as well as to bend, which is a practical difference at 4 AWG. Coarse strands catch on a stripper and pull out of the bundle, leaving a ragged end that will not seat in a lug barrel. Fine strands cut cleanly and stay together.

Two hundred and fifty feet suits a builder or a boat with several 4 AWG circuits going in at once. Four gauge covers windlass feeds, thruster circuits, sub-panel supplies and charging runs, so a substantial refit uses several separate lengths of it.
