The Ontario RAT II has a 3-inch satin AUS-8 stainless drop point blade, a pink nylon handle, a thumb stud, a lanyard hole and a pocket clip, closing to 4 inches.

Pink sits outside the RAT line entirely. Ontario built its name on knives issued to the US military since the 1940s, and the rest of the range runs black, olive drab and coyote brown to match that. This one exists because a well-regarded working folder in an unusual color sells to people the military palette does not reach.

AUS-8 takes a keen edge easily and resists rust well, sharpening back on any stone rather than needing diamond abrasives, and the knife itself is unchanged from the standard model.
