The Morakniv Basic 546 has a 3.5-inch satin stainless clip point blade at 8 inches overall, a teal and gray polypropylene handle and a teal polypropylene belt sheath. Made in Sweden.

Teal is a departure for a line built on plain working knives, where red and black have been the standard for decades, and matching the sheath to the handle is a newer touch as well. The Basic is Morakniv's plainest pattern, sold to Swedish tradespeople on the argument that a knife needs a good blade, a comfortable handle and nothing else.

Stainless suits that use, resisting the moisture a knife meets around food, timber and weather without needing drying after every job. Polypropylene takes abuse without cracking, and the molded sheath rinses clean where stitched leather would stay damp. Explore more Utility and Work Knives.
