The Maxwell Cima is a 1200W 24V windlass motor with a 4-hole flange, rated IP66, running at 3500 RPM and measuring 114 by 181mm.

Twenty-four volt is the specification to check first. A 24V motor will not run properly on a 12V system, and fitting the wrong one is the most common ordering error on a windlass replacement. Larger boats commonly run 24V for exactly this reason: at 1200W the current draw at 24V is half what it would be at 12V, so the cabling can be lighter.

A 4-hole flange is the mounting pattern, and it must match the existing gearbox rather than being adaptable. IP66 covers dust and heavy water jets, which is what a motor in an anchor locker meets.
