The Lectrotab SX ProTroller Series (9.5" x 10") is a fully automatic, self-adjusting trim tab that requires no switches, no hydraulics, and no operator adjustment while underway. It is designed for 17'-20' boats with 80-175 HP to reduce planing speed, improve fuel economy, and smooth the ride without any pilot interface.

A nitrogen gas actuator holds the trim plate down during acceleration, providing lift at the stern until water pressure exceeds the actuator's load rating, at which point the tabs rise to horizontal and drag disappears automatically. A simple lever switches the plates between two jobs: in the down position, they drop to create equal braking on both sides for straight tracking at ultra-low trolling speeds, without restricting the propeller the way other trolling brake systems can. Flip the lever up and you're back to fully automatic trim tab performance, backed by the SX series' rust-free composite construction and tracking ribs for improved high-speed handling.
