The Jabsco 24V 3-Inch Flexmount Blower (part 36740-0010) moves about 150 CFM through 3-inch hose. It is the 24-volt version of the 36740 continuous-duty flexmount blower, built for long run times. The universal bracket lets the outlet point in the direction the duct needs. Its higher airflow helps when a compartment is crowded with equipment that holds heat.
On 24V boats, it gives more airflow than the standard 3-inch models without needing larger ducting. The housing is ignition protected and corrosion resistant for engine room use. The higher system voltage also means lower current draw, which can allow lighter wire. Because it is rated for continuous running, it can be wired to an engine room thermostat that turns it on when temperatures climb. The mounting bracket screws down to a stringer, bulkhead, or shelf, whichever is most convenient.
Check that the boat is 24V before ordering. Keep the duct short and smooth for the best real-world airflow. If the blower runs continuously, inspect the ducting and connections every season.
