Description

The Icom MA-510TR Class B AIS Transponder with GPS Antenna broadcasts your position to other vessels and receives both Class A and Class B AIS signals on dual channels. Real-time traffic shows on a 4.3 in backlit color display. A GPS antenna with a 32.8 ft cable is included, and built-in GPS navigation guides you to waypoints or AIS targets.

The collision alarm makes a target icon blink and sounds a warning when a vessel enters your CPA or TCPA range, and an external alarm can be connected. An anchor watch alarm warns you if the boat drifts at anchor. When a man overboard signal is received, the unit can set the MOB position as a destination.

Silent mode stops transmitting your position while still receiving other vessels, which keeps fishing spots private. It connects to NMEA 2000, NMEA 0183 and USB, and works with a compatible VHF for individual DSC calls. It runs on 12 to 24 V, puts out 2 watts, measures 6.5 x 4.3 x 3.6 in and weighs about 1.5 lb.
