The Icom IC-M605 25W Fixed Mount VHF Radio with AIS carries all the multi-station flexibility of the standard M605, up to three stations configurable aboard, plus a useful addition: a fully integrated AIS receiver built right into the radio itself.
That integrated AIS receiver means real-time vessel traffic shows up on the same 4.3" color TFT display already handling radio functions, no separate AIS unit or extra display needed. Remote control still runs through either the HM-195 series CommandMic or the RC-M600 Command Head, and either one can double as an intercom linking the main radio to that remote station, and the display's night mode keeps everything readable after dark.
