The full-featured IC-M605 adds an integrated AIS receiver on top of everything the standard model offers.

Configure your system with any of three combinations: the IC-M605 plus three COMMANDMICs, plus two COMMANDMICs and one Command Head, or plus two Command Heads and one COMMANDMIC, remotely controlling every function from the HM-195 series COMMANDMIC and/or RC-M600 Command Head, either of which can also serve as an intercom. The large 4.3" color TFT LCD offers nearly a 180-degree viewing angle with high-resolution characters and function icons, paired with a directional keypad, soft keys for one-push access to frequently used functions, and a ten-key pad for smoothly entering channel numbers and MMSI numbers with ID names. With the integrated AIS receiver, the display can show real-time vessel traffic on an AIS combo screen for monitoring the plotter during basic operation, and you can call a selected AIS target directly using an individual DSC call. NMEA 2000 connectivity lets the radio exchange GNSS, AIS reports, DSC call information, radio frequency, and PGN list data on the network, while NMEA 0183/-HS GNSS position data can be converted to NMEA 2000 for other equipment.
