Hornady TrekLite XXL TSA Combination Lock Box

Hornady TrekLite XXL TSA Combination Lock Box provides lightweight portable storage with an impact-resistant polycarbonate shell instead of a conventional all-steel body. Hornady sizes the XXL interior to hold up to two full-size 1911 handguns, multiple ammunition boxes, or 8.5 x 11-inch documents. A durable rubber overmold adds grip and impact protection around the outside of the case.

The dual four-digit TSA-recognized combination lock provides up to 10,000 programmable code combinations without requiring a separate key for normal access. A security cable rated to 1,500 pounds is included and uses Hornady’s space-saving connector so less of the interior is occupied by the anchoring hardware. Exterior dimensions are approximately 12.2 x 10.1 x 3.3 inches, with an interior about 11.8 x 7.3 x 2.9 inches.

The XXL model is aimed at users who need more capacity than a single-pistol travel box but still want a portable form factor. Its combination lock and cable make it suitable for controlled storage at home or on the road, subject to the storage and transportation requirements that apply to the user’s situation.
