GROCO ARG-500 0.5-Inch Raw Water Strainer, Plastic Basket

The GROCO ARG-500 is the smallest strainer in the ARG series, with 1/2 in ports for low-flow raw water systems. It is a good match for generators, air-conditioning pumps, and other equipment that runs on a smaller intake line. A removable plastic basket catches weeds, shells, and debris before they reach the pump or heat exchanger.

Because the basket is non-metallic, it will not corrode in salt water. The one-piece molded sight glass lets you check the basket at a glance without opening the strainer. O-ring-sealed joints help keep the unit leak-free once it is assembled correctly.
