GROCO ARG-1500 1.5-Inch Raw Water Strainer, Plastic Basket

With 1-1/2 in ports, the GROCO ARG-1500 is a large-capacity raw water strainer for bigger engines and high-flow intake lines. Its plastic basket catches weeds, shells, and debris before they reach the raw water pump. That protects impellers and heat exchangers from damage and overheating.

The ARG-series design has a one-piece molded sight glass, O-ring-sealed joining surfaces, and bonding provisions. Looking through the glass tells you when the basket needs to be cleaned. The housing is built for repeated service over the life of the boat.
