The Faria Beede Platinum 7000 RPM Gas Tachometer covers inboard, outboard, and I/O gas applications in a single gauge, built on the Platinum line's spun aluminum dial, custom graphics, and polished stainless steel bezel for a rugged, elevated look at the helm.

As with every Platinum instrument, Faria's domed, fog-resistant glass lens sheds condensation on contact and stands up to scratching far better than a standard flat cover, a real advantage on any boat that sees regular spray or damp mornings. The tachometer draws its reading from the ignition, alternator, tach signal generator, or a magnetic pickup, whichever the engine actually runs, wired to +12VDC and ground.
