EGIS XD Triple Flex 2 Relay-VSR-Relay Module

The EGIS XD Triple Flex 2 Relay/VSR/Relay Module consolidates three high-current functions into one compact assembly: two outer switching relays and a center voltage-sensing relay for charge management. It replaces three separate devices and their external link cables, reducing mounting space, wiring cost, and the possibility of vibration-loosened interconnects while keeping manual override status obvious to the operator.

The layout is suited to common multi-battery switching systems, including dual load switching with a central VSR/ACR function to share charging current. In three- and four-battery systems it can replace multiple charging relays, lowering quiescent current draw and reducing unnecessary cabling. Optional link and cross-link busbars allow the assembly to expand with additional single, dual, or triple XD relays. Each function is configurable with dip switches, and the front manual controls can force individual relay positions open or closed.

XD construction is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K with high-temperature electronics, stainless cable-lug studs, and large mounting holes for 1/4-20 or M6 hardware. The bi-stable solenoid architecture can reduce installed space and product weight by 35 to 75 percent, while off-state current can be 90 to 95 percent lower than systems that use multiple conventional devices. DTM/ATM connector options are pin-compatible with legacy ML-Series bi-stable relay layouts.
