EGIS XD Flex 1 Triple Relay-VSR-LVD Module

The EGIS XD Flex 1 Triple Relay-VSR-LVD Module is a compact XD Flex power-management module configured as a triple relay/VSR/LVD assembly. It provides up to 500A continuous capability per relay position while consolidating high-current switching and charge-management functions that would otherwise require multiple devices and additional interconnect wiring.

Dip switches let the electronic positions be used as a relay/battery disconnect, automatic charging or voltage-sensing relay, or low-voltage disconnect as supported by the configuration. A front manual override knob can lock the device ON or OFF for servicing. Remote ON/OFF/Auto inputs can force the circuit closed, force it open, or hand control back to automatic voltage logic. Local and remote LED indicators make relay state easier to confirm during normal operation and troubleshooting.

The platform supports single- and multiple-engine installations with dual start/engine-isolation inputs where applicable. This version uses 6-pin DTM connector. The compact architecture is intended to reduce installation space while preserving the high-current capability required for battery, engine, and auxiliary-load switching.
