EGIS XD Flex 2 Triple Relay Module

The EGIS XD Triple 2-Pole Flex 2 Module is a high-current switching assembly designed for installations that need isolated control of both positive and ground conductors. Each relay position can support up to 500A continuous current, and the two-pole architecture is intended to meet aluminum-hull and U.S. Coast Guard safety requirements for isolated switching of both sides of the circuit.

The module can work in mixed-voltage and mixed-battery-chemistry systems, with 12V and 24V switching capability available within one device. Remote ON/OFF/Auto inputs can force the contactors closed, force them open, or return them to automatic voltage-sensing control, while the LED indicator provides local diagnostic feedback.

Dip-switch programming provides control over the low-voltage OFF set point, shutdown delay, and voltage differential used for warning behavior. The compact XD architecture consolidates multiple high-current switching functions into one assembly while retaining programmable battery-protection logic.
