EGIS XD Triple Flex 2 Relay-ACR-Relay Module

The EGIS XD Triple Flex 2 Relay-ACR-Relay Module replaces three separate high-current devices with one compact assembly. The two outer relay positions can handle battery or load switching while the center automatic charging relay shares charging current between battery banks. That layout reduces mounting space, eliminates external link-cable connections that can loosen under vibration, and gives the operator clear local control over each relay state.

The module is intended for multi-battery systems where switching and charge management need to work together. It can replace multiple ACRs in three- or four-battery systems, lowering off-state current draw and reducing interconnect wiring, and it can expand through optional link and cross-link busbars to additional single, dual, or triple XD relays. Dip-switch programming lets installers configure relay behavior, while front-facing manual controls can force each relay open or closed and remain locked in that position for service. Local LED status indication can be duplicated remotely, and the included 40-circuit weatherproof label sheet helps identify circuits and relay functions.

Each XD relay is rated for 500A continuous current and up to 1,500A cranking, with an 8 to 36VDC operating range, 1.3 mA off-state draw, and 5A at 12VDC or 3A at 24VDC state-change current. Mechanical switching life is listed at 1,000,000 cycles. The assembly is sealed to IP67/IP6K9K, uses high-temperature electronics, stainless cable studs and self-locking hardware, and includes a protective terminal cover. An integrated Gore-Tex vent equalizes internal pressure to help keep moisture out, and the bi-stable solenoid design can reduce mounting space and product weight by 35 to 75 percent while using 90 to 95 percent less off-state current than many multi-device solutions. DTM/ATM connector options are compatible with legacy ML-Series bi-stable relay pinouts.
