EGIS XD Flex L Triple Relay-ACR-Relay DTM Module

The EGIS XD Flex L Triple Relay/ACR/Relay Module combines three high-current positions in one compact DTM-connected assembly for lithium-based battery systems. It is designed for lithium-ion, lithium-polymer, and LiFePO4 installations where higher charge and discharge thresholds are required, with up to 500A continuous capability per relay position.

The three positions can be configured with dip switches for remote battery disconnect, voltage-sensing relay, or low-voltage-disconnect operation. Remote ON/OFF/Auto inputs allow forced open, forced closed, or automatic voltage-based control, and local plus optional external LEDs provide diagnostic feedback for each relay. Front manual overrides provide a backup operating method during a control-power loss and can lock downstream loads OFF while service work is performed.

The sealed high-temperature housing is designed for harsh installations and includes integrated thermal-overload protection. Sealed Deutsch/Amphenol DTM/ATM or DT/AT connector options and available flying-wire harnesses reduce exposed wiring and simplify installation. Combined off-state draw is listed at only 1.3 mA, and the electronics are designed to meet stringent OEM electrical-transient protection requirements. A 4-year manufacturer warranty is included.
