EGIS 200A 87 Series Surface-Mount Circuit Breaker

The EGIS 200A 87 Series Surface-Mount Circuit Breaker combines automatic over-current protection with a manual ON/OFF disconnect in one compact breaker. Rated at 200A continuous, it protects wiring from short circuits and overloads that can overheat insulation while also giving the installer a convenient way to isolate the circuit for service or maintenance.

The breaker is sealed to IP66 against dust and water intrusion and is rated for systems up to 48VDC, covering common 12V and 24V installations as well as 36V and 48V applications. It is designed for 2,000 full-current switching cycles and can interrupt up to 5,000A at 14VDC or 3,000A at 28VDC, making it suitable for circuits connected to large battery banks with substantial available fault current. The reinforced surface-mount base can be installed close to the battery or protected load without requiring a panel cutout.

High-visibility ON/OFF controls make breaker status easy to see at a glance. Reinforced mounting tabs are designed to withstand vibration, while stainless steel hardware and serrated flange nuts resist corrosion in harsh environments. The housing and materials are selected for high-temperature installation locations, and the breaker is made in the USA from high-quality components. EGIS includes a 4-year manufacturer warranty.
