EGIS 250A 85 Series Surface-Mount Circuit Breaker

The EGIS 200A 85 Series Surface-Mount Circuit Breaker is a sealed high-current breaker for protecting battery-fed DC circuits from overloads and short circuits while providing a manual disconnect point. It is designed for installations where large battery banks can produce high fault current and where exposed hardware must tolerate a demanding marine or vehicle environment.

The 85 Series is sealed against dust and water intrusion and is ignition protected for use in enclosed compartments where explosive gases may be present. The series is rated up to 30V, supporting 12VDC applications at 200A and 250A ratings and 24VDC applications at the 200A rating. High interrupt capability helps protect circuits connected to large paralleled battery banks.

Stainless-steel hardware, serrated flange nuts, and silicone terminal covers provide corrosion resistance, secure cable connections, and added terminal protection in harsh installations.
