Description

The Cold Steel Finn Wolf has a 3.5-inch satin AUS-8 blade with a blue Griv-Ex handle and the Tri-Ad lock, opened by thumb stud. Made in Taiwan.

The Finn Wolf takes the Scandinavian puukko shape, a straight-backed blade with a simple flat grind, and folds it. That grind is the reason puukko knives are so well liked for woodwork: the bevel runs flat to the edge, which bites into wood rather than glancing off. The Tri-Ad lock is Cold Steel's own, adding a stop pin between the blade tang and the locking bar. The pin takes the shock of impact so the lock face is not battered, and Tri-Ad knives survive tests that break other locks.

Griv-Ex is a glass-reinforced polymer, stiff and light, and AUS-8 sharpens easily while resisting rust. Explore more Folding Knives.
