Description

The Buck Creek Fixed Blade has a 5.5-inch satin stainless clip point blade with a full tang at 10 inches overall, a rosewood handle, a nickel silver guard, a lanyard hole and a brown leather belt sheath.

Rosewood is dense and naturally oily enough to resist moisture without a finish, which is part of why it has been used on tool handles for centuries, and it darkens with handling rather than wearing dull. The clip point drops the tip below the spine line for control on detail work, with a long belly behind it for skinning.

A nickel silver guard separates the edge from the grip, keeping the hand back when a wet blade is pushed through hide, and it resists tarnish better than brass. Full tang construction runs the steel the whole length of the handle, so there is no joint to loosen or trap moisture. Explore more Hunting Knives.
