Off-(On) is the single momentary contact, for horns, lifts, actuators and anything that must stop on release. The double momentary version handles two directions from one switch. This one does a single function, which is what a horn or a single-direction actuator actually needs.
Nineteen millimeters fits a tighter switch row or a smaller console than the 22mm version. Both carry the same contacts and the same IP69K rating, so panel space is the only thing deciding between them.
