Blue Sea 8076 AC Main +11 Position Toggle Breaker Panel

The Blue Sea Systems 8076 is a 120V AC panel with a 30A double-pole main plus 11 branch positions in white toggle format, with voltmeter and ammeter.

This is the AC side of the boat, which is a different job from a DC panel and needs its own protection rather than breakers borrowed from wherever there was room. A charger, water heater, outlet circuits and air conditioning is a typical AC load list, and eleven positions covers it with room left.

The red LED is reverse polarity indication, and it pays for itself the first time the boat plugs into a miswired pedestal. Older piers make that more common than most owners expect, and reversed polarity puts the hot conductor where the neutral should be with nothing downstream to reveal it.

Eight 7210 A-Series 15A branch breakers and one 7238 double-pole 30A main come installed, with an 8244 voltmeter reading 0 to 150V and an 8246 ammeter reading 0 to 50A. Hot, neutral and safety ground buses are installed and the panel arrives fully pre-wired.
