The Blue Sea Systems 7702 ML-Series is a 24V remote battery switch rated 500A continuous, with a magnetic latch and manual control.
The magnetic latch draws current only while changing state and consumes nothing at all while sitting fully On or Off. That zero holding draw matters on a boat left unattended, where a solenoid-style switch holding closed would slowly pull the bank down over weeks.
A manual control lets the switch be operated locally without control power and locked out during servicing. Both of those cover the situations a purely remote switch leaves stranded: a flat control circuit, and someone working on the terminals.
