The Blue Sea Systems 360 Panel 12V Socket and Dual USB Charger has a 12V accessory socket and two USB ports giving 2.1A total at 5V.
Two point one amps total across both USB ports is the figure to check against what will be plugged in. That charges two phones adequately, or one tablet slowly. A modern tablet wanting 2.4A on its own will charge, but not quickly, and two devices sharing the output will each get less.
The 12V socket alongside handles spotlights, portable equipment and anything with a conventional plug. Dust caps keep debris and spray out of both sockets when they are not in use, which is what stops the contacts corroding on an open helm.
