The Benchmark Ceramic Kitchen Knife Set has white ceramic blades with black rubber handles and a storage block, covering a 3-inch paring knife, a 4-inch utility knife and a 5-inch cook's knife.

Ceramic blades are zirconium oxide rather than steel, and they hold an edge many times longer than any kitchen steel because the material is far harder. They also never rust or react with food.
