Balmar 120A 12V Single Foot Dual Vee Isolated Ground Alt

The Balmar 621 Series Alternator puts out 120 amps at 12 volts. It runs through a 1-2 inch single foot spindle mount with a dual deep vee pulley, a common configuration for engines that run V-belts rather than a serpentine setup.

Isolated ground construction keeps the alternator's case electrically separate from the engine block. That separation reduces stray current paths that can cause corrosion or interference issues elsewhere on the boat's electrical system.

The 1-inch Motorola-style mounting fits Westerbeke, Lehman, Hino, and Pathfinder engines. The 2-inch Delco-style mounting covers Volvo Penta, John Deere, Perkins, Mercruiser, Pleasurecraft, Crusader, Indmar, Marine Power, and other GM-based engines, so it's worth matching the mounting style to the engine before ordering.
