Ancor 1/0 Gauge 3/8-Inch Post Heavy Duty Lugs 100-Pack

The Ancor 1/0 AWG Heavy-Duty Lugs are a 100-pack in annealed tinned copper with a seamless barrel, for 3/8-inch studs.

Lug gauge has to match the cable exactly, not approximately, and this one is for 1/0 conductor. A lug barrel sized for 2/0 crimped onto 1/0 leaves the strands loose inside, and the connection heats under load. Going the other way, the cable will not enter the barrel at all.

Three-eighths is the larger of the two stud sizes stocked, common on inverters, larger battery switches and main bus bars. Checking the actual stud before ordering a hundred lugs saves an awkward discovery.
