Wichard Lyf'Safe 36 ft Reflective Sailboat Jackline Kit

The Wichard Lyf'Safe 36 ft Reflective Sailboat Jackline Kit provides two deck jacklines for clipping into a boat’s tether system. The included polyester webbing measures 11 m long and 25 mm wide. An adjuster lets the installation suit the length of the deck and the chosen attachment points. The kit is intended for boats under 40 ft.

Reflective strips and photoluminescent adjuster casings help crew members locate the jacklines at night. Anti-abrasion edges protect the webbing in areas subject to contact and movement. An elastomer casing separates part of the hardware from the deck to limit chafe and rattling.

The kit includes two lengths of webbing, two forged adjusters, and two protective casings. Each strap has a sewn loop at one end and a free end for adjustment. The manufacturer lists a sewing resistance of 3 tons. Jackline attachment points and tether use must follow the vessel’s safety plan and the product instructions.
