The Viega MegaPress 316 1.25-Inch FKM 45-Degree Street Elbow makes a 45 degree turn in 1-1/4 inch, with a press end and a street end.
The street end enters another fitting directly rather than needing a length of pipe between them, so the turn costs one component and one joint instead of two. It is a press connection, made with a pressing tool rather than threading or brazing, so there is no open flame and no cutting threads in place. Suits Schedule 5 through Schedule 40 stainless pipe.
