Victron Blue Smart IP67 24V 12A Waterproof Charger

The Victron Blue Smart IP67 is a 24V 12A waterproof charger with built-in Bluetooth and a NEMA 5-15 plug, UL approved.

IP67 is the highest rating in the Blue Smart range, covering full immersion rather than the spray resistance of IP65 or the dry-mount-only IP22. That makes it the version for an engine bay, a bilge locker or anywhere water actually reaches, where the other two would eventually fail.

A seven-step algorithm brings the battery to full charge and then maintains it, and the charger can recover a deeply discharged battery by supplying low current until voltage rises enough for normal charging. Batteries left flat through a winter are usually written off, and that recovery step is often the difference between replacing one and keeping it.

Bluetooth through VictronConnect means status is checked and settings changed without opening an electrical compartment, which matters most on a charger sealed into an awkward position.
