This Uniden Black Remote Second Station VHF Microphone (UMRMIC) puts full control of a connected UM725 series radio at a second helm or station, sharing the same core capability as the white version in a finish that matches darker onboard hardware.

An operator at this remote mic can change channels, trigger DSC distress, pull up NOAA weather, and even send private text messages, all without walking back to the main radio, and an intercom function lets the two stations talk to each other privately rather than broadcasting over the marine channel everyone else is listening to. The landscape-oriented dot matrix display switches between white backlighting for day and orange for night with a simple user selection.

IPX8 submersible rating, 4.9 feet for 30 minutes. Includes 24-foot interconnect cable, microphone hanger, and mounting hardware. Optional extension cables up to 75 feet.
