Uflex TM87 13-Foot Rack and Pinion Steering System

When the measured steering path calls for a 13-foot cable, the Uflex TM87 system provides the helm, rack cable, and dash bezel as one coordinated setup. This TM87OX13 package includes the G87 front-mount helm, 13-foot TM87XLL cable, and X34 bezel.

Steering travel is built around a 3.7 in cable stroke and roughly 3.3 turns of the wheel from lock to lock. The helm accepts a standard 3/4 in tapered steering shaft, and the cable uses stainless-steel output ends with corrosion-resistant construction for marine service.

Choose cable length from the actual routed path rather than the boat's straight-line dimensions. Check every bend, confirm there is enough room behind the dash, and keep the cable at or above the 7.9 in minimum bend radius so the rack can move freely without binding.
