Description

The Trident 5/16in x 50ft Barrier Lined B1-15 Fuel Hose is a 50-foot marine fuel hose designed for fuel-system plumbing where resistance to fuel, heat, cold, ozone, and aging is critical. Its low-permeation barrier liner keeps fuel from directly contacting the rubber tube, reducing permeation and helping protect the hose from ethanol-related degradation.

The hose supports marine gasoline, including ethanol blends, and diesel applications according to its listed rating. The B1-15 version is EPA certified, covered by a CARB Executive Order for low permeation, and designed for distribution, return, vent, and transfer service. Flexible construction helps routing through confined boat spaces.

This boxed hose has a 5/16-inch nominal inside diameter. Plan the run to avoid sharp bends, chafe points, hot surfaces, and unsupported sections, and use fittings and clamps approved for the hose type and fuel application. Fuel-system installation is safety-critical, so follow applicable marine standards and inspect completed connections carefully for leakage.

  • Fuel-resistant construction is designed for gasoline and diesel applications covered by the hose rating.
  • The internal barrier liner separates fuel from the rubber tube and supports low-permeation compliance.
  • Flexible hose construction helps route fuel lines around typical marine equipment and structure.
  • The boxed length supports longer runs or multiple properly planned fuel-system sections.
