Surefire X400U-A 1000-Lumen Weapon Light with Red Laser

For low-light identification and firearm-mounted illumination, Surefire X400U-A 1000-Lumen Weapon Light with Red Laser combines useful output with the power and control layout of this specific light. This is a dedicated rail-mounted illumination system, so output, mounting interface, and switch layout should be considered together when matching it to a host platform. A weapon light in this output class is intended to combine target-area illumination with quick access to controls from the mounted position.

The Surefire X400 LED Weapon Light and Laser (1000 Lumens, Red Laser) combines a powerful LED weapon light with an integrated laser sighting system on one compact unit. It is designed for pistol and rifle shooters who want target identification and precision aiming in a single Picatinny-mounted accessory. The mounted configuration is useful when the support hand needs to remain on the equipment while the light is activated or adjusted.

The finish on this version also gives buyers a way to coordinate the light with the rest of the host equipment without changing the basic operating platform. For a permanent mounted setup, keeping spare batteries and verifying mounting hardware periodically are sensible parts of routine equipment care. Browse more weapon lights.
