The Stroup TU1 has a 4.5-inch acid etched 1095 high carbon steel clip point blade at 9.25 inches overall, a black G10 handle and a sheath. Made in the USA.

The TU1 is the longer of the two Stroup clip points, and the extra inch and a quarter over the MK2 goes into reach rather than bulk, giving more edge for batoning and heavier camp work. The flat grind runs high on the blade, which keeps it slicing well despite the length instead of wedging in wood.
