This Standard Horizon GX1850 fixed mount VHF, finished in black, pairs Class D DSC with dual NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 support, built into a chassis with a notably shallow rear housing so it fits behind dashboards where depth is at a premium.

An NMEA 2000 connection drops straight into an existing vessel network for GPS data and DSC functionality, no complicated wiring required. Owners can also add Standard Horizon's optional RAM4 SSM-70 remote mic as a second station, putting full radio, DSC, and intercom control at a different spot on the boat. The Easy to Operate menu trims down the steps needed to reach common settings, keeping day-to-day use truly quick.
