The Standard Horizon GX1850 is a fixed mount VHF radio in black with Class D DSC. It supports both NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183. A notably shallow rear housing fits behind dashboards where depth is limited.
The NMEA 2000 connection plugs into an existing network for GPS data and DSC, with no complicated wiring. You can add Standard Horizon's optional RAM4 SSM-70 remote mic as a second station. That gives full radio, DSC and intercom control at another spot on the boat.
The Easy to Operate menu cuts the steps to common settings. Flush mount dimensions are 5.4 inches wide, 2.8 inches high and 3.4 inches deep. Confirm rail fit, ring diameter and available clearance together, especially when the optic has a large objective bell. Browse more fixed mount VHF radios.
