The Spyderco Tri-Angle Diamond Sharpening Stones are sold as a pair of 7 in triangular rods made for the Model 204 Sharpmaker system. Each steel triangle is coated with a bonding agent and then covered in diamond particles, creating an aggressive abrasive surface for stock removal and edge restoration.
Spyderco specifies these rods for reshaping, re-beveling, and re-profiling cutting edges when the standard ceramic stones are not aggressive enough.
